Kathy Simard is a skilled negotiator and advocate for her clients, no matter what issues they face. After completing studies in journalism and international studies, Kathy graduated from the Faculty of Law of Laval University. Since her call to the bar in 2013, she has practiced criminal law (crimes against the person, economic crimes, motor vehicle offenses, DRUG offenses) and regulatory offenses (Highway Safety Code).

Kathy is experienced in contesting decisions rendered by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), and representing clients before the Commission des transports du Québec (CTQ). She frequently uses her negotiating and advocacy skills to help her clients obtain a restricted license after a suspension of driving license.

Kathy is a member of the Montreal-Laval-Longueuil Defence Lawyers Association (AADM).
